Hebei Ameisizhuang Mineral Wool Board Co., Ltd, founded in 2006, focuses on researching, developing, producing and selling the mineral wool sound-absorbent ceiling and matched keel. The company's products are sold well all over China and are exported to more than 20 countries and regions. The mineral wool sound-absorbent ceiling is a kind of high-class decorative material that is featured with decoration, sound absorption and insulation, fire proof and flame retardance, cold and heat insulation, energy saving and insulation, whose production depends on the sable heat source provided by the stably operating and highly efficient thermal oil heater system which directly affects the product quality and economic benefits of Ameisizhuang Mineral Wool Board.

With the expansion of production scale, Ameisizhuang Mineral Wool Board was determined to introducing the YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater produced by ZOZEN Boiler based on a sufficient investigation on the boiler market. This kind of horizontal thermal oil heater adopts 3-pass round coil tube structure with good safety performance and sufficient heating surface. Meanwhile, according the actual working conditions of mineral wool sound-absorbent ceiling production line, ZOZEN Boiler also designed the waste heat recovery system to ensure that boiler's thermal efficiency can reach 95% and above. What's more, automatic control system also ensures the safe and stable operation of thermal oil heater to realize the sustainable high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply and satisfy the high demands for temperature of Ameisizhuang Mineral Wool Board. In addition, ZOZEN's gas-fired thermal oil heater is equipped with advanced low-nitrogen burner to ensure that boiler's emission of NOx is lower than 30mg/Nm3 to achieve the excellent performance in environmental protection.
